All projects start with a consultation - this is where we look at your needs and expectations and discuss how to achieve them. Don't worry if you aren't quite sure what you want! As a landscaper and landscape designer, I will discuss all the things that tick the right boxes, that work and are practical, to arrive at the right solution for you. Part of the consultation will also include a full site survey and photographs.

Clients often find it useful to browse images of gardens, garden design and landscaping projects to seek inspiration. But if you are still short on ideas, our consultation process will uncover all the necessary information to start the design journey.
Following the site survey, plans will be drawn according to our initial consultation and presented to you in plan & 3D format. Using the latest CAD and graphics rendering software (NOT AI), you will be presented with a selection of detailed images that really help you to visualise your new garden in its place.
Along with the design presentation, we will discuss how the scope of the proposed design fits with your budget and discuss adaptations to suit.
Further redrafts may be required in order that, together, we can get things just right before the project goes ahead. Never does a project proceed until all parties reach agreement.
Once the design is complete, soon your new garden space will be under way. There will be contractual details to consider first, as its important to me that you are completely comfortable and confident that you know exactly what to expect from the scope, spec and my obligations to you.
Its also important to me that during the build, you are as engaged in the process as you wish to be. Every step of the way there is a degree of flexibility and creating the best possible outcomes is the priority, so I therefore encourage open and transparent communication to reach our goals and objectives at the highest level.

The budget question is uncomfortable for some and will vary of course, however its really helpful to have an understanding of budget so that the design process is as efficient as possible. It is perfectly understandable that you may never have employed a landscaper to carry out this kind of work before, so perhaps you don't have a cost in mind.
For comparison, the garden is often a much larger 'room' than both the kitchen and bathroom and should always be considered as an extension to the homes living space. It should be no secret that works on a full garden build can expensive. But during consultation, having the budget conversation will help me to design accordingly, and offer realistic expectations.
The things that will impact the cost of a full build are; size, complexity, materials & access. Due consideration will be given to all of these things when submitting a design proposal to you in order that I can meet the objective and within your budget.
To give an understanding of the scope of work I undertake, full scale re-design projects have ranged between £10-£100k. Your project will be designed and priced according to your budget and I promise that you will always receive a service and outcome that represents outstanding value for money.
Designing & Building your garden can happen ANY time of the year. We work year round in all weathers and conditions. BUT something to consider is this....Most new enquiries are generated between March - June, and during that period the years schedule becomes quickly booked. My advice to anyone looking to carry out a larger project would be to start consultations later in the year in preparation to commence the following calendar year.
I will work, manage and oversee every aspect of your project personally. Where 3rd party sub contractors are used such as electricians labourers or other skilled tradesmen, they will be trusted, qualified and certified to carry out their function.
We are insured to carry out all aspects of our work and where we are not licenced to carry out works, we use those trusted and fully insured tradesmen who are.
We specialise in full redesign projects which cater for those who are particularly looking for a complete rebuild, however we are happy to consider all other enquiries..
